our cleaning process

1.

STEP ONE

Power vacuum truck is hooked into the main duct creating negative suction.

2.

STEP TWO

Air charge dislodger or specialized agitator is sent down all duct lines to dislodge and agitate debris and particles while the vacuum removes dust.

3.

STEP THREE

Remove filters and clean out bag house section of the collector.

4.

STEP FOUR

For larger duct work, hand vacuuming may occur to ensure proper cleaning.

Why and How Often should I clean the Dust Collection System?

Advanced Air Duct Cleaning has answers

When dust and particulates build up on the walls of the ducts, suction is decreased creating what is known as static pressure drop. Static pressure drop can significantly reduce the efficiency of your dust collection system and restrict its ability to remove contaminants from the air. In some cases, the air will become so polluted with containtments, visibility will be limited.  Dust Collection System cleaning frequency can vary from every 6 to 12 months depending on the facility use and amount of air borne contaminants.
