what is a bathroom exhaust fan?
The purpose of a bathroom exhaust fan is to remove odors and moisture from the room. Almost every bathroom has an exhaust fan but routine maintenance and cleaning is often overlooked. Dust and dirt build up on the exhaust fan and ductwork prevents the proper exhausting of humid air. When moisture cannot be removed from the air, there is the potential for mold and other microbial growth.

First, the bathroom exhaust fan is removed.
Next, the technician will hook the vacuum truck hose to the exhaust fan frame.
The technician will send an air charged dislodger from the outside down the line as the vacuum removes all loosened debris.
Then, the technician will clean the inside components of the exhaust area and the cover.
Finally, the bathroom exhaust fan will be properly reinstalled.
