what & why kitchen exhaust cleaning?
It is the process of removing grease that has accumulated inside the ducts, hood, fans, and vents of the exhaust system. Left uncleaned kitchen exhaust systems can accumulate enough grease to become a fire hazard.
our Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning process
First, the exhaust fan is turned off.
The filters are removed and cleaned using a degreaser solution.
The exterior and interior of the exhaust hood is cleaned and hand wiped with a degreaser solution.
Next, the exhaust fan is cleaned using a degreaser solution.
At the exterior where the exhaust exits, a scrapper will remove the heavy grease and a solution is used for final cleaning.
