what is a boiler?
A boiler is responsible for heating the fluid that is distributed to heating applications such as; baseboard heat, radiator, central heating, boiler base power generation, cooking, and sanitation.
our boiler Cleaning process
First, the gas to the boiler is shut off.
The chimney stack is removed from the top of the boiler.
The vacuum truck is hooked into the top of the boiler as 190 lbs of air is forced up the boiler.
Next, the process is reversed and the vacuum truck is hooked into the bottom of the boiler as 190 lbs of air is forced down the boiler.
The process is repeated until full air flow is regained.
Following the burners are cleaned using special brushes and compressed air.
Then our vacuum truck is hooked to the base of the chimney while simultaneously a chimney brush is forced down the chimney dislodging debris ensuring there are no obstructions.
Finally, the chimney stack is reinstalled to the boiler and the boiler is re-lit.
why clean a boiler?
Advanced Air Duct Cleaning has answers
what happens if I don't clean my bolier?
Without routine cleaning, you may end up circulating carbon monoxide through your building. This will result in the utility company “red tagging” your furnace. A reg tag furnace means that a HVAC expert or utility inspector has found a critical safety problem within the unit. Until the boiler is properly clean, you will be prevented from using which may cause a business shut down or evacuation.
