Hello Laura, if you could please give me a call at 1-800-317-7104 and ask for Bill, I would like to get to the bottom of this. I could tell you there would be a couple instances where you may have not gotten the appointment, without knowing what happened. If your family member was in a town closer to the customer who cancelled than they would have been Offered the job as they were in that location already. Also, if your home was either bigger or smaller with or without other services. They fill Cancellations with likewise projects. So if the job was cancelled and was allotted for 3 hours and yours was 5 hours or 2 hours that does play large part as well.
We have been in business for 55 years and this isn’t like the office staff. Please give me a call like I said above.
